We have been consulted by an industrial of the pharmaceutical industry for the following project:
- APS study: evolution/reconfiguration (5 years horizon) of a dry form production plant.
- APD/DCE study: transformation of a granulation plant (including a fluidised air bed), to implement a coating workshop with its peripheral equipment (600 kg coating turbine, air-handling unit, deduster, weighing scale, CIP skid).
- APD/DCE study for the transformation of an existing fabrication zone in a weighing area, and project management until reception of the lots.
Project management was realized by us:
- Drafting of the specifications,
- Consultation of the companies,
- Comparative tables,
- Assistance with project monitoring,
The particularity of this project dwelled in the inclusion and respect of the constraints of weighing areas:
- Staff airlock,
- Material airlock,
- Air-handling (constraints of pressure),
- ATex weighing cabin.
A 3D-modelling of the zone was realized under Revit by each company intervening; then a synthesis of the plans was performed.
The project is now complete, and the workshop operational.
