Refurbishment of a Rota filler-capper
For one of our customers, specialized in industrial training, we performed the refurbishment of a Rota FLR 50 filler-capper.
The operation consisted in:
- Maintenance of the equipment
- Realization of two new formats of vials, along with a format of cap common to both vials
- Change of the cap vibrating bowl feeder, to adapt it to our customer’s application
- Tests in our workshop
- Redaction of the DOE (file of executed works)
- Delivery, installation and training at our customer’s in northern France
