Refurbishment of a cartoner and a case packer (manufactured by Marchesini)
On behalf of one of our customers of the cosmetic industry, we proceeded to the refurbishment of a cartoner and a case packer (manufactured by Marchesini).
For the MA 100 cartoner
- Maintenance, with « manufacturer » parts
- Realization of a format of cartons, developed by our design office
- Replacement of the display, and adaptation of the PLC program
- Adaptation of the loading station for manual loading
For the PS 310 case packer
- Maintenance
- Realization of a format of cases and a format of cartons, developed by our design office
- Replacement of the display, and adaptation of the PLC program
- Preparation of the subserviences of the machine, following our customer’s request (camera control)
