Complete refurbishment of a line with a STORK filler
For the needs of one of its customers, Mipco performed the refurbishment of a plastic vial filling line.
The two main elements were a used filler (Stork) and a screwer (Zalkin)
To adapt this line, Mipco technicians realized the following operations:
- Adding two turning tables (one upstream, one downstream)
- Adjustments to the size of the vials
- Format change on the used filler
- Format change on the screwer
- Refurbishment of a conveying module
- Overhaul of all the electrical system of the used filler
- Update of the electrical diagrams
- Modifications on the PLC
