One of our customers, specialized in industrial sub-contracting, ordered from us a CAM AV used cartoner (year 1999).
The operation consisted in a first level maintenance, a power-up and blank tests. In the meantime, we realized a video of the machine, so that our customer can check its good working condition. Besides, the pick-and-place station was removed, useless for our client’s application.
Along with the standard features of the used cartoner (speed 15/70 cpm, format min 20 x 15 x 50 mm and max 115 x 70 x 190 mm), this company needed a carton marking device to be embedded. We performed the required measurements for this adaptation, then we made the study and integrated this functionality.
For this business, the client wanted to install the machine onsite himself. We managed the shipment to his premises, with maximum guarantees to avoid any risk of damage during the trip (accurate strapping, direct transport). Then, leaning on our knowledge of this kind of equipment, we gave him advice so that the putting into service takes place in the best possible conditions.
