One of our customers, specialized in the pharmaceutical industry, bought from us a used Rota R910 ampoule filler. We have also been chosen to refurbish this machine, and to integrate a new 2 ml glass ampoule format.
In a first time, we processed with a complete cleaning of the equipment and a first level maintenance.
Then, our customer’s process being of pre-gazing + filling with gazing + gazing type, responding to specific norms, we replaced the whole set of gas hoses (oxygen, acetylene, mixing, nitrogen …)
Finally, the machine was put in conformity with EC standards, in particular in terms of casing (machine’s safety).
