By the end of last year, Ingecentre Group realized, via its project management section, a preliminary study for a great pharmaceutical group.
The aim was to internalize a production: manufacturing, allocation and packaging had to be performed in an industrial site based in France.
For this, plans had to be created, and adapted to several premises already existent.
Four scenarios were proposed, each with a detailed estimate of the different options and variations, along with a summary of the pros and cons of every solution.
This study had to integrate the regulatory requirements of the Russian market (the product involved being destined to it), and ATex imperatives.
The use of material already in place (manufacturing tanks, stick machines, sieves, cartoners, checkweighers, data matrix, case packers, palletizers …), with necessary adaptations, was assessed, and compared with the possibility of buying new equipment.
The resulting document (80 pages, excluding annexes) will be used as a decision tool for this file.
