One of our customers, active on the cosmetics’ market in Tunisia, bought from us a used PKB ROBO 676 filler-crimper.
We reburbished this equipment, and set it at the required format: a 50 ml hexagonal perfume glass vial.
This refurbishment consisted in:
- The replacement of a complete filling/pre-crimping/crimping system,
- The adding of a filling pump,
- The renewal of the automatism cabinet, with update of the electrical diagrams,
- The creation and adjusments of the new format (plan and realization of the new cups).
Today, this refurbished filler-crimper is ready for production launch.
