Refurbishment of a KÜGLER capper

Mipco modified, for a Spanish company, a Kugler used capper (model K708-1, year 1999). This machine was stored by Ingenneo in one of our warehouses located in Gidy.

The following work was performed:

• Format change: from pots screwing to vials screwing
• Study, supply, and installation of the new format parts: central star, cap-taking device, pre-screwing, screwing and cap presence test
• Supply and installation of a vibrating bowl, with new formats
• Supply and installation of a conveyor, for guidance of the vials upstream of the used capper
• Modification of the vial unscrambler, in particular its central crown for vials feeding on the conveyor
