Mipco was called by a cosmetic laboratory located near Paris to refurbish a Dumek 1000 used mixer.
In effect, due to the action of time and minor repairs, a high level of wear had appeared, making hard to reach the GMP standards in production. The aim was thus to rechuck all the mechanics to set this used mixer as it was when new.
All the necessary information was collected in the technical documentation, and the pieces were re-made following the initial tolerances and capacities of the machine:
– Faulty parts and shafts were reprocessed to original formats.
– Mechanic sprockets were rechucked.
– All the bearings were changed, along with all the mechanical seals.
– Also, a general maintenance of the used mixer, and a cleaning up, were carried out, and the main motor and gear motor were replaced.
