Cartoner including:

– Loading unit putting empty cartons in the tray. Cartons are taken horizontally from the feeder by a suction cup arm, then tilted 90° to unscramble them and position them in the prints of the tray.

– Station for the closing of the cartons’ bottom tap.

– Loading unit putting vials in the cartons. Vials come in into cups (not supplied) on a conveyor, and are taken by a clip. The loader, type “helicopter” with 2 branches and 2 clips with an up-and-down move and a 180° rotation, positions products in the open carton.

– Station for positioning the corrugateds in the cartons, with long-corrugateds loader.

– Station for manual loading of additional components in the carton (samples, leaflets, other…).

– Station for the closing of the upper taps of the carton, then outfeeding of the filled and closed cartons towards a conveyor.
