Amendment to the status of Ingecentre: transition to a joint stock company (SAS) and change of address

Transition to SAS:

In September 2025, Ingecentre announces a significant change in its organisation and operations. As part of an internal restructuring, the company’s articles of association are amended to allow it to transition to the legal form of a simplified joint stock company (SAS).

Change of address:

Alongside this change in status, the company’s address also changes. Ingecentre’s registered office is now located at:
