Our customer, a major actor of the pharmaceutical industry, ordered from us the refurbishment of one of its Marchesini MA155 cartoner (year 2002).
This included:
– Complete mechanical retrofit, along with pneumatic elements and accessories (exclusive of the electric part)
– Full replacement of chains, motors, reducers, casings …
– Disassembly, for reworking of the pieces: painting, renovation, chemical treatment for surface condition (parts in contact with the product)
– Supplying new pieces when needed
Before this cartoner to be back to production in our customer’s factory, we’ll proceed with the FAT in our workshop.
